Analyzes requirements, develops mappings and documentation, troubleshoots message and connectivity issues, monitors error queues, supports testing and go-live activities, participates in on-call rotation, and ensures secure, reliable healthcare data exchange following HL7, FHIR, X12, XML/JSON, and API standards.

Own and build Squad's end-to-end product for recruiters and employers: create product surfaces that make AI matchmaking usable, streamline workflows, expand to new user types, and work directly with the founder and users to define and deliver features.
