Advise on fault tolerance, observability, automation-first recovery, and regulatory alignment while mentoring teams and influencing senior leadership on operational resilience.

Lead and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance. Perform proactive monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, automation, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with vendors and teams to resolve issues, improve efficiencies, and support enterprise application platforms and cloud environments.

Provide installation, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless). Deliver technical support to users, follow change management and ticketing procedures, maintain documentation, enforce security and regulatory policies, and collaborate with peers to resolve network and application issues.

Lead mainframe engineering initiatives: provide technical leadership and mentoring, design and develop COBOL/Hogan code, oversee testing and migrations to production, drive automation and modernization, implement non-functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and enforce delivery and quality standards across teams.

Lead design and delivery of cloud-native Java microservices using Spring Boot. Build RESTful APIs, backend services, and client-side UIs (Angular/React). Drive testing/automation, CI/CD, deployments on OpenShift/PCF, and mentor junior engineers while resolving complex technical issues.

Lead and deliver moderately complex mainframe software initiatives: design, code, test, debug, and document applications; mentor junior engineers; collaborate on technical challenges; contribute to sprint planning; follow architecture and compliance; drive automation and CI/CD improvements.

Lead ServiceNow ITSM initiatives: design, develop, integrate, and administer ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB). Implement Glide scripting, APIs, integrations, Flow Designer workflows, platform governance, upgrades, and automation. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, work with ITSM process owners, and participate in Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
