Lead end-to-end spacecraft delivery including schedule, budget, and resources. Define and trace space segment requirements, author V&V plans, manage subsystem and payload integration, oversee AI&T and environmental testing, direct suppliers, mitigate technical risks, and serve as primary technical customer interface.

Analyze telemetry, execute procedures via Epsilon3/InControl, troubleshoot anomalies, coordinate with Flight Control Team and Engineering Support, develop procedures and displays, and provide go/no-go recommendations while supporting simulations and pre-mission planning.

Support mission planning, training, and real-time Dream Chaser flight operations; develop operations products (procedures, flight rules, timelines, telemetry displays), training materials, and integrate design inputs with operational concepts while working with multidisciplinary teams in a mission control environment.

Lead mission design through modeling, simulation, and analysis to define mission parameters, derive requirements, and validate system and constellation performance. Oversee medium teams, develop and maintain mission-level models and tools, present results to stakeholders, and collaborate with subject-matter experts to guide spacecraft sizing, payload selection, and system-of-systems trade studies.

Assist in design, development, testing, and evaluation of propulsion systems and components for space vehicles. Conduct tests and simulations, document results, provide technical support, troubleshoot under senior guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information clearly. Gain hands-on experience while applying engineering principles and following project requirements and standards.

Lead process optimization, quality control, and maintenance initiatives for aerospace manufacturing. Implement validation, reliability-centered maintenance, and manufacturing/maintenance management software. Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Lead production planning process design and optimization in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring material availability and production efficiency through collaboration with supply chain teams and managing production execution and MES integration.

The SAP MM Consultant supports materials management processes, focusing on inventory management, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with other SAP modules while participating in incident resolution and user acceptance testing.
