Build and maintain front-end web solutions, including landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components. Support BECU’s migration from Sitecore to Optimizely, personalization, digital campaigns, testing, analytics-driven optimization, accessibility, SEO, compliance, and marketing technology integrations. Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams in an Agile environment while troubleshooting performance issues, documenting processes, and independently delivering member-facing digital experiences.

Designs and supports hybrid cloud networking infrastructure across Azure environments, including hub-and-spoke, Virtual WAN, VPN, ExpressRoute, routing, and DNS. Leads infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, governance, and security initiatives. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, develops architecture standards, documents solutions, mentors engineers, conducts code reviews, and partners with technical and business stakeholders. Participates in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours deployments.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure lending and credit card solutions. Drive cloud-first modernization (Azure/cloud), API and integration strategy, production stability, prototypes, and mentor engineering teams while influencing enterprise architecture and business-aligned technical direction.
