The Senior Software Developer will work on 5G Core Network functionalities, participate in all software feature phases, and support customer teams during deployment.

Lead complex 4G/5G RAN technical investigations and troubleshooting, perform protocol-level analysis and log tracing, design and approve RAN solutions, handle critical incidents, liaise with stakeholders, drive optimization and improvement initiatives, deliver technical documentation and knowledge-sharing, and participate in KPI and SWUS program activities.

Support development and maintenance of internal efficiency tools by assisting with front-end and back-end module design and implementation, and performing database operations and optimizations. Work on translating business requirements into technical solutions while learning and iterating under guidance.

Design, develop, and integrate automation solutions per HLD; implement software components (Java/Groovy/JavaScript/ExtJS) on UNIX/Linux; ensure automations meet requirements and customer expectations; troubleshoot, communicate updates to stakeholders, and deliver timely results.

Support analysis, design, and optimization of telecom networks (RAN, Transport, Core, OM). Analyze performance data, prepare design/optimization tasks, collect requirements, document findings, validate network changes in lab environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using data analytics.

Lead development of the Ericsson Mobile Wallet platform across the full product lifecycle. Design, implement, verify, maintain and operate features using Java, CI/DevOps practices, containerized deployments and databases. Work in Agile teams, improve architecture, ensure quality through unit/functional testing and support production readiness for large-scale user bases.

Manage and optimize Oracle and other relational databases in production: install, configure, patch, backup (RMAN), tune performance (AWR/ADDM), implement HA (Data Guard/replication/Galera), support container databases, troubleshoot, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 24x7 operational environment.

Provide hands-on support to developers by troubleshooting build environments, CI pipelines, networking and security issues; build automation, self-service platforms and tools across Linux, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, cloud and data; collaborate with architects, engineers and AWS; deliver reliable, documented solutions that scale across teams.

Develop, test, and deploy FPGA CAD tools and automation flows to support FPGA design and verification. Create and maintain automation scripts for synthesis, place & route, bitstream generation, timing closure, QoR analysis, and simulation flows. Debug tool/environment/runtime issues, assess performance of tool versions, and collaborate with FPGA project teams to align on goals, timelines, and continuous improvement while following CAD guidelines and documentation standards.

Design and route complex PCBs (RF, digital, high-speed, power) using Cadence Allegro and Ericsson library tools. Define constraints, stack-ups and floorplans, perform layout analyses and DFM reviews, support PLM and documentation, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure manufacturability, thermal and signal/power integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
