Act as primary technical contact during escalations, drive troubleshooting/investigations, support automation/CI-CD efforts, mentor team members, engage in presales and proposal design, and collaborate across global competence centers, product and test teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test suites (functional, integration, performance, reliability, security) for cloud-native microservices and ML components. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, operate Kubernetes+Helm deployments in test environments, investigate and resolve issues, and promote testability, observability, and quality across agile cross-functional teams.

Design, deploy, administer, and lifecycle-manage Ericsson CNIS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. Configure CNIs/CSI, manage Rook/Ceph storage, implement networking (BGP/VLAN/VXLAN), integrate authentication (LDAP/Keycloak), onboard CNFs, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana/EFK, troubleshoot infrastructure and CNFs, and use Ericsson operational tools (ENM, CENX, OMC, ESM).

Lead chip-level power estimation, analysis, and signoff using Synopsys PrimePower across RTL-to-tape-out for advanced-node SoCs. Drive dynamic/static/leakage analysis, IR drop and PDN validation, UPF/CPF verification, synthesis and STA support, power signoff methodology, and collaborate with RTL, P&R, package, and EDA vendors to meet power budgets.

Perform 4G/5G RAN/RF design and optimization (coverage, capacity, interference, QoS), execute NDO tasks, analyze call flows and KPIs using OSS/ENM and drive-test data, apply AI-assisted tools, support presales, and produce technical documentation for customers.
