Provide technical support for rapid deployment and maintenance of 5G RAN solutions: troubleshoot and analyze network failures, manage software upgrades, coordinate with R&D and third parties, perform emergency recovery, develop troubleshooting algorithms and integrate them into Ericsson's AI/ML platform, and deliver customer training and technical reports.

Lead development and optimization of back-end CAD flows for advanced process nodes. Own synthesis, place-and-route, physical signoff toolchains (Cadence, Synopsys), drive methodology, benchmark EDA tools, collaborate across Front-End/Physical/STA/DFT teams, and evaluate AI-enabled automation for silicon implementation.

The role requires troubleshooting Microwave systems, providing technical support in a 24/7 environment, and handling customer issues with promptness in adherence to SLAs.

Design and specify RAN Baseband system features for 5G, perform system studies in radio resource management and physical layer algorithms, develop network-level simulators, analyze test and network performance, support product verification and deployment, contribute to standards and innovation, and collaborate globally across development and customer teams.
