The Software QA Engineer (Automation - Python) will automate testing for web GUI and REST APIs, develop test suites, analyze architecture, log defects, and collaborate with customer success teams.

Design, lead, and mentor development of scalable, secure cloud-based SaaS solutions. Evaluate and integrate new technologies, review designs for compliance with standards, troubleshoot complex system issues, and provide technical leadership across projects. Communicate architecture and design decisions to stakeholders and drive improvements in reliability and time-to-market.

Designs and delivers complex hands-on networking lab environments and topologies for advanced learners. Partners with course developers and SMEs, manages virtualization and cloud infrastructures, provides coaching, and ensures labs meet learning outcomes.
