Performs hardware characterization, measures film properties, analyzes data, troubleshoots issues, partners with vendors and customers, implements new technologies, and leads projects and team training with limited supervision.

Lead data-driven operational improvement initiatives across large datasets and cross-functional teams. Provide analysis, recommendations, and executive-level deliverables to reduce cycle time and costs, apply program management, and leverage analytics and Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize manufacturing and service processes.

Design, optimize, and execute complex manufacturing processes for semiconductor and display products. Collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, measure film properties, create technical documentation and specifications, troubleshoot issues, engage with customers, train engineers, select vendors, and lead projects or functional teams to implement new technologies and instrumentation.

Provide technical product support for new and legacy semiconductor/display equipment: capture corrective actions, contribute to FMECA, develop service procedures/BKMs, own CAPA and failure analysis, run beta-site tests, coordinate parts stocking, and align/train field teams with Global Technical Training. Partner with Quality & Reliability and Engineering to resolve top field issues.
