Lead translation of UX research and designs into scalable, accessible front-end implementations. Maintain and govern design systems and UI kits, mentor UI developers, build prototypes, collaborate with product and backend teams, and champion design thinking, usability, and WCAG accessibility across enterprise applications to improve consistency, performance, and developer workflows.
