Develops service procedures, Best Known Methods, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and product support processes. Participates in chamber build and testing, failure analysis, CAPA, FMECA, qualification data collection, new product testing, and field issue resolution. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, reliability, training, customer engineering, and supply chain teams to support product installations, maintenance, retrofits, and customer deployments.
