Provide on-site customer support and troubleshooting for semiconductor capital equipment across processes (CVD, ALD, RIE, PVD, anneal, implant). Lead installations, diagnostics, root-cause analyses, DOE and statistical data analysis, report and present findings, and collaborate with R&D and customers to optimize tool performance and resolve complex process issues.

Manage engineering teams to characterize hardware, define and apply process methods, run experimental tests, resolve complex process engineering customer issues, determine product process specifications, lead cross-functional collaboration and drive market share improvement for semiconductor and display products.

Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Coordinate product releases, apply DFx and lean principles to reduce cost and improve quality, set time standards, specify tooling, create and evaluate test procedures, perform root-cause analysis and Process FMEA, and recommend corrective actions to ensure production and assembly success.
