Coordinate labs, test setups, and tools; create PVP&Rs and DVP&R; analyze data, root-cause failures, oversee external lab testing, and maintain validation documentation and schedules.

Support establishment and operation of a Cloud Center of Excellence, assess and onboard cloud services, ensure compliance with IT requirements and cloud policies, build cloud service inventory, manage risks and controls, advise business units, implement cost optimization, and take ownership of assigned cloud services.

Design, program, and maintain machine controls for metal stamping, spot welding, and assembly lines. Program and teach robots and PLCs, perform control wiring per NEC, read blueprints, troubleshoot control systems, and collaborate with associates, vendors, and customers in a factory environment with physical demands.

Lead BIW engineering from concept through production, ensuring manufacturable, cost-optimized body structures. Manage CAD/CAE work, DFMEA/DVP-R, materials selection, validation, suppliers, and mentor engineering teams to meet delivery, quality, and weight/cost targets.

Support launch and ongoing performance of painted automotive products. Design paint fixtures and mix recipes, troubleshoot production paint issues, monitor VOC/environmental programs, plan equipment and capacity needs, generate process documentation and BOMs, lead continuous improvement, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and provide training and supervision as needed.

Lead and coordinate engineering projects across product design, testing, and manufacturing; act as liaison between manufacturing and customer; manage design changes, schedules, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.
