Leads and supports test and validation engineering activities to ensure product quality, reliability, and safety. Analyzes production methods for cost and time goals, provides technical guidance on complex projects, implements design control procedures, and communicates improvements across design, process, production, and quality teams while working with customers to meet requirements.

Lead and drive digital transformation using Industry 4.0/5.0 principles and programming. Provide technical leadership, manage projects, promote innovation and continuous improvement, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, solve complex problems, and focus on human–machine collaboration and user-centered solutions.

Perform 3D FEM modeling and durability analysis of transmission and powertrain components using Altair HyperWorks suite. Preprocess geometry, define boundary conditions, run simulations (Abaqus, FEMFAT), interpret results, produce reports, and provide design optimization recommendations.

Design and develop automotive components and assemblies using 2D/3D CAD. Support concept studies, perform basic engineering calculations and kinematic studies, apply GD&T, collaborate cross-functionally, manage CAD data and changes, and support CAE-driven optimization.

Coordinate and maintain die program documentation; manage external design vendors and internal/customer design reviews; release designs for manufacturing; support tooling, FEA, sales and program management; define machining processes; support packaging studies and QMS procedures; drive continuous improvement and QAS re-work processes; perform die design/changes and provide technical support across manufacturing and engineering functions.

Develop, program, commission and optimize industrial robots and PLCs (Siemens S7/TIA Portal). Troubleshoot and maintain automated production lines, integrate robot systems, optimize grinding processes and cycle times, document changes, and train/ support operators and maintenance staff while collaborating with design, electrical engineering and production teams.

Lead the Powertrain (PWT) module group interface to customer vehicle programs, ensure program targets and deliverables are met, manage timing and contracts, represent the module group in meetings, support program gates and plant launch activities, report status and escalate risks, and ensure CAPA and resource alignment.
