Lead the Powertrain (PWT) module group interface to customer vehicle programs, ensure program targets and deliverables are met, manage timing and contracts, represent the module group in meetings, support program gates and plant launch activities, report status and escalate risks, and ensure CAPA and resource alignment.

Lead and optimize high-pressure die casting operations: apply statistical methods and DOE, design runners and cooling, sample tooling, analyze scrap and cycle times, document and control process parameters, manage suppliers and equipment, and support continuous improvement on the plant floor.

Manage design, build, and maintenance of high-pressure die cast and trim tooling for production and prototypes. Design dies, cooling, vacuum and sealing systems; use 3D FEA, flow and solidification analysis; perform dimensional/GD&T analysis and root-cause resolution. Oversee tool builds, tooling PM, and collaborate with machining and tool room to optimize casting yield, uptime, and tooling life.

Support development and maintenance of automation in casting operations: learn from senior engineers, troubleshoot electrical and controls issues, respond to production downtime, communicate technical issues to non-technical staff, and follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices in office and plant environments.

Manage and improve supplier quality for seating components: lead supplier audits, advanced quality planning, PPAP/ISIR release, launch support, problem-solving (8D), metrics, and cross-site collaboration to ensure parts meet BMW/Magna specifications through SOP.

Participation in a 24-month NextGen graduate program with training and project rotations. Support quality activities including customer portal administration, complaint management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, process optimization, and reading technical documentation, guided by mentors within automotive quality teams.

Lead and maintain functional safety activities for automotive electronic systems: perform HARA, define safety concepts and requirements, manage supplier/customer interfaces, oversee implementation and verification (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA), drive safety audits and confirmation measures per ISO 26262/21448, lead cross-functional teams, produce safety cases, and report KPIs and risks.
