Leads CAD and engineering development for vehicle exterior systems, including CATIA V6/SDX data and part design release. Responsibilities include benchmarking, technical solutions, CAE coordination, supplier and OEM interfaces, design reviews, RFQ/specification development, cost and timing delivery, regulatory compliance, production feasibility, DFMEA/DVP collaboration, and launch support. Requires extensive CAD engineering experience, plastic injection molding expertise, complete vehicle launch experience, and cross-functional global teamwork.

Lead development and verification of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for large automotive projects using EPLAN and AutoCAD. Manage and review work of multiple designers, produce BOMs and panel layouts, develop scripts/symbols, ensure code and industry standard compliance, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and standardization.

Install, program, configure and troubleshoot Fanuc robots and multi-robot cells for GM applications. Support startup, offline programming, IO/weld interface configuration, safety setup, and train other robot techs. Read electrical/pneumatic schematics, follow GM program structure, and participate in continuous improvement and onsite support.

Set up, program, install, troubleshoot and commission single and multi-robot cells (primarily Fanuc). Develop robot program architecture, configure I/O and weld interfaces, support offline programming/simulation, maintain templates, train other technicians, read electrical/pneumatic schematics, and support continuous improvement in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Validate and verify ADAS components and systems through vehicle, bench, HIL, and automated testing. Plan and execute test cases, operate equipment, collect and analyze data, identify root causes, produce test reports, manage suppliers and test vehicles, conduct customer testing, and maintain measurement equipment. Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, and feature teams to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.

Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of embedded software for automotive radar ECUs. Manage software project scope, timelines, resources, development planning, configuration management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with hardware, systems, and validation teams while ensuring compliance with automotive standards. Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across software development projects.

Supports automotive packaging and material-flow projects from quoting through production. Responsibilities include developing AutoCAD plant layouts, designing and sourcing custom racks, analyzing packaging requirements, managing budgets and suppliers, coordinating delivery and buy-offs, verifying rack functionality, creating unit load instructions, and optimizing pack quantities, fleet sizes, costs, safety, ergonomics, and logistics processes.
