Lead the DevOps practice for ServiceNow Otto’s conversational AI platform. Own cloud-native build, deployment, release automation, Kubernetes infrastructure, observability, incident response, and reliability across SaaS environments. Develop infrastructure tooling, CI/CD and GitOps workflows, and secure, scalable infrastructure automation. Partner with scientists and engineers to operate LLM and agentic services in production while improving deployment velocity, resilience, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Design, build, and operate telephony and CCaaS connectivity integrations connecting customer SIP, CTI, carrier, and contact center environments to ServiceNow Voice. Ensure reliable call setup, audio quality, latency, failover, security, observability, and production performance across real-world networks and vendors. Work directly in customer environments, define technical specifications and runbooks, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with platform, product, and voice AI teams without primarily building agent logic.

Build and improve ServiceNow’s database provisioning and operations tools for RaptorDB, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB at large scale. Develop reliable, tested software; automate configuration, monitoring, and remediation; investigate production incidents; and support backup, restore, and performance troubleshooting. Collaborate with distributed operations and engineering teams, participate in design and code reviews, and contribute to documentation and runbooks.

Build scalable, reusable software and own features through design, implementation, automated testing, and delivery. Partner with developers and product owners, enhance existing products, and create extensible functionality for customers. The role emphasizes Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, modern UI frameworks such as React, software architecture, algorithms, performance, and applying AI to developer workflows.

Leads approximately 20 engineers building and operating scalable HR Service Delivery services. Owns technical strategy, architecture, delivery, reliability, security, AI-powered employee experiences, and AI-assisted engineering adoption. Recruits and develops engineering leaders, drives software quality and operational excellence, and partners with product, design, platform, customer success, and executive teams.

Leads and mentors a software engineering team, manages project delivery, guides AI-assisted development and technical decisions, enforces coding and testing standards, and collaborates with product, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders. The role requires strong Java expertise, experience with AI-native engineering workflows, Agile/Scrum practices, and at least 10 years of software development experience.

Designs and operates distributed telemetry infrastructure, Kafka streaming pipelines, ClickHouse data platforms, Kubernetes deployments, and production services. The role owns observability, incident response, on-call operations, APIs, data modeling, and full development lifecycles. It also contributes to analytics interfaces, client SDKs, AI-enabled features, and cross-team technical leadership through architecture, mentoring, automation, code review, and postmortems.
