Design and develop complex structural systems for autonomous aircraft launch and recovery. Own concept-to-production CAD design, perform kinematic and structural analysis, prototype and test mechanisms, support integration and flight testing, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure manufacturability and reliability.

Design and implement full‑stack, low‑latency web-based Ground Control Station and C2 systems (map-centric UIs, real-time telemetry, video streaming), lead architecture and APIs, mentor engineers, support field tests and mission deployments, and ensure interoperability with C2 standards.

Design, analyze, and integrate thermal management systems for launch and recovery systems and electronics. Develop analytical and CFD models, prototype and test mechanisms, lead trade studies and risk assessments, drive test planning and data correlation, and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, avionics, manufacturing, and test teams toward production and field deployment.

Design, build, and deploy multidisciplinary electrical and software test systems for UAV components. Architect test framework software, automate provisioning, develop monitoring/visualization, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-reliability aerospace testing.

Lead development and analysis of aerodynamic and structural load cases for an air vehicle. Perform maneuver, gust, landing, and ground loads (quasi-static and dynamic), aeroelastic stability checks, validate loads with FEA and flight test, coordinate across GNC/aero/structures, produce documentation, and improve loads methodologies and automation.

Lead aircraft-level thermal analysis and characterization for VTOL unmanned aircraft. Develop and validate analytical and CFD models, run trade studies, define requirements, plan and analyze thermal tests, mentor teams, and mitigate aircraft thermal risks to meet mission-critical aerospace requirements.

Design and develop complex hydraulic fluid systems and mechanisms for autonomous UAV launch/recovery. Perform CAD, tolerance and materials selection, structural calculations and FEA, prototype and test hardware, support pre-production and flight testing, and collaborate across disciplines to meet performance, schedule, and reliability goals.

Develop, integrate, and test high-quality embedded C/C++ avionics software for X-BAT UAVs, interfacing with sensors, firmware, autonomy systems, and GCS; design CI/HIL test systems, produce documentation, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
