Lead fuel system architecture, integration, testing, and operational support for a jet-powered UAV. Manage engineers and technicians working on tanks, pumps, valves, venting, pressurization, and sensors. Drive fluid/thermal trade studies, coordinate testing and instrumentation, support failure investigations, and align suppliers and schedules with program goals across propulsion, airframe, and manufacturing teams.

Lead design, development, simulation, testing, and integration of fluid and thermal systems for autonomous aircraft and ground platforms. Lead architecture, design, and development of precision wire harnesses and cable assemblies for autonomous UAVs. Own 3D CAD routing, analysis, prototypes, and testing. Perform electrical and environmental reliability analysis, integrate with avionics/systems/manufacturing, and mentor engineers to establish harness design best practices.

Integrate and deploy autonomy software onto unmanned aircraft, prepare flight-ready systems, support on-site flight tests, debug hardware/software, capture and analyze flight data, collaborate with autonomy/GNC/test teams, and support certification and continuous improvement for reliable autonomous operations.

Integrate avionics, sensors, actuators, and payloads into aircraft and launch/recovery vehicles. Assist harness design, hardware bring-up, integration testing, debugging, root-cause investigations, and verification. Produce integration documentation and test procedures. Collaborate with mechanical, software, embedded, and manufacturing teams, support environmental/qualification testing, and drive continuous improvement.

Integrate and deploy autonomy software onto unmanned aircraft, prepare flight-ready systems, support on-site flight tests, debug hardware/software issues, collect and analyze flight data, collaborate across autonomy, GNC, and test teams, and support certification, compliance, and process improvements.

Lead development and scale-up of production processes and equipment for a next-generation aircraft line. Define BOM/process flows, create operator-ready work instructions, implement MES/QMS controls, run time studies and kaizen, establish standardized work and audits, partner with Quality on in-process checks and FAI, drive root-cause corrective actions, and mentor other engineers to increase throughput and reduce costs.

Design and develop primary and secondary structural components for a next-generation UAV. Execute full design lifecycle, perform hand calculations and limited FEA, collaborate across disciplines, support validation/testing, and produce design documentation and drawings to aerospace standards.
