Lead and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to execute customer onboarding, on-site deployments, troubleshooting, and sustained adoption of the Hivemind SDK. Drive field feedback into product, translate mission goals into technical milestones, and partner with engineering and product teams to improve deployment readiness and customer outcomes.

Lead vibration test programs: design and build instrumented test setups, run shaker table and modal tests, analyze frequency/time-domain data, correlate with FEA, investigate failures, and produce test plans/reports to qualify aerospace hardware.

Design, build, and automate electrical test systems and PCBs for UAVs. Integrate test fixtures, script test sequences (Python), perform environmental testing, and collaborate on cross-functional validation to ensure hardware reliability.

Lead hardware reliability efforts for VBAT flight hardware: implement design-for-reliability, run environmental and stress tests (HALT/HASS, temperature cycling, vibration), perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations, support FMEA/design reviews, shape materials and manufacturing requirements, analyze field/test data with reliability models, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.

Own and operate CI/CD and automation for autonomy, embedded, and ground software. Improve developer velocity, scale simulation and HIL test execution, manage build/test infrastructure, automate self-service DevOps, integrate testing into pipelines, and implement monitoring and alerts for CI/CD health.

Design and own flight‑critical electrical subsystems for autonomous aircraft, including analog/digital/FPGA/power systems. Lead PCB design, bring‑up, testing (HALT), reliability, cross‑functional reviews, project execution, and mentoring.

Design and develop complex structural systems for autonomous aircraft launch and recovery. Own concept-to-production CAD design, perform kinematic and structural analysis, prototype and test mechanisms, support integration and flight testing, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure manufacturability and reliability.

Design, implement, and validate flight control laws and supporting logic for X-BAT across all flight regimes. Build and maintain high-fidelity 6DOF simulations, execute verification (linear analysis, Monte Carlo, sensitivity, HIL), diagnose simulation-test mismatches, support flight test operations, and collaborate with propulsion, aero, actuation, sensors, state estimation, and autonomy teams to ensure integrated system performance and certification artifacts.
