Lead design and optimization of low-observable aircraft features, perform electromagnetic signature modeling and simulation, direct RCS testing and validation, partner with materials and multidisciplinary teams to mature RAM and coatings, translate threats into survivability features, and support program assessments and milestone decisions.

Lead design, development, simulation, testing, and integration of fluid and thermal systems for autonomous aircraft and ground platforms. Drive first-principles modeling, prototype validation, supplier selection, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring system-level thermal performance from concept through production.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-performance C++ and Python systems, integrate distributed systems and simulation tools, own CI/CD pipelines, debug real-time multi-threaded systems, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end integration across simulation and operational platforms.

Drive supplier development for electronic assemblies (PCBA/SMT): audit processes, resolve manufacturing defects, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, enforce IPC/J-STD standards, support NPI, monitor supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risk with frequent supplier travel.

Lead supplier development for machined parts: audit and improve supplier processes, perform on-site quality investigations, support NPI, provide technical guidance on specifications and manufacturing, monitor supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risks to enable scalable aerospace production.

Support avionics and power systems for the X-BAT aircraft: set up and execute benchtop and environmental test campaigns, debug PCBAs and harnesses, design simple PCBAs/fixtures, assist avionics lab buildout, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-voltage power systems (generators, batteries, converters).
