Lead technical delivery and governance for Fixed Wing strategic and growth programmes (P-8, E-7, T-7). Provide technical leadership across design, certification, integration, sustainment, supplier oversight, engineering reviews, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Drive engineering excellence, safety, first-time quality, and support proposal and business case development while deputising for the Fixed Wing Chief Engineer as required.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will maintain, modify, service, and inspect aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance procedures.

Develop, test, and maintain avionics software and model-based designs. Create unit/integration tests, support V&V, run CI/CD with Git, work with containerized environments, follow aerospace standards (DO-178C), participate in code reviews, and support sprint planning and continuous improvement.

The Principal Component Engineer will support space programs by defining requirements for EEE parts, conducting tests, qualifying suppliers, and developing production systems.

Lead propulsion and fuel system integration, supplier oversight, and factory/delivery support for 787 aircraft. Develop and approve designs, manage specifications and testing, troubleshoot production issues, analyze performance and safety data, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure airworthiness and timely deliveries.

Develop and price aircraft cabin interior modification proposals, collaborating with engineering, sales, purchasing, contracts and program teams. Define technical work statements, estimate hours, parts, certification paths, schedules and risks; produce clear proposals, support contract handover, and contribute to improvement initiatives. Occasional domestic/international travel.

Perform Fault Tree Analyses for airplane systems, support verification/validation and certification readiness, present compliance evidence, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, improve analysis methods and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software for the Tomahawk program. Translate requirements into software designs, implement features, troubleshoot issues, and document R&D. Ensure compliance with government and safety standards and support system integrations.

Support program-level software quality processes across the SDLC, perform process and product audits, plan and verify test activities, support configuration management, investigate non-conformances, work with suppliers and regulatory stakeholders, and report software quality metrics to improve product quality and manage risk.

Develop, execute, and automate tests for non-embedded .NET software supporting the Tomahawk program. Create test plans and cases, perform manual exploratory testing, write automation scripts, log and verify defects, track QA metrics, and collaborate in an Agile environment under DoD security requirements.
