Lead spacecraft systems engineering across program lifecycle: requirements decomposition, design, trade studies, integration & test, verification/validation, risk and configuration management, MBSE application, cross-functional coordination, mentorship, and support for in-orbit operations and anomaly resolution.

Optimize manufacturing systems for aerostructures by analyzing workflows, balancing production lines, developing time standards and standard work, conducting capacity and cost studies, improving product flow and facility layouts, and supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives in a high-rate aerospace manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain quality processes, systems, and equipment for aerostructures. Analyze specifications, perform audits and testing, disposition nonconforming items, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and use statistical methods to improve process capability and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Develop and integrate C# and web-based software for the MQ-28 program as part of a SAFe Agile team. Investigate and resolve software defects, maintain work items in Azure DevOps, and collaborate within a self-organizing development team.

Provide certification engineering support for FAA and ODA activities for the KC-46 Tanker, managing certification tasks, reviewing certification artifacts, coordinating across programs and disciplines, preparing FAA meeting materials, handling FAA correspondence, resolving technical/certification issues, and educating program engineering on certification processes.
