Design, build, and deploy Tulip manufacturing solutions for Japanese enterprise customers. Responsibilities include identifying shop-floor improvement opportunities, integrating PLCs and MES/ERP and quality systems, troubleshooting software and operational workflows, leading customer deployments, advising on architecture and scalability, and translating customer feedback into reusable product capabilities. The role works directly with plant stakeholders and requires substantial travel, technical leadership, and fluent business-level Japanese and English.

Build and deploy AI-native tools, agents, automations, and integrations supporting go-to-market teams. Develop LLM-powered workflows for CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence, and outreach. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define measurable solutions. Own projects end to end, including prototyping, backend services, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, data-quality guardrails, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement across the GTM technology ecosystem.

Embed with manufacturing customers to design, build, and deploy Tulip solutions. Lead OT/IT integrations (PLCs, MES/ERP, quality systems), troubleshoot production issues, and deliver scalable, production-ready applications. Advise on architecture, document solutions, and represent customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Lead and develop a software engineering team, fostering growth and technical leadership while ensuring product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead observability and reliability efforts: mentor teams on SLIs/SLOs, maintain triage/remediation workflows, perform incident response, debug production systems, and design core infrastructure and tooling for engineering teams.

Lead observability efforts: mentor teams on SLIs/SLOs and reliability, own incident response and production debugging, maintain triage/remediation processes, and design, build, and operate core observability infrastructure and tooling used across engineering.

Lead ownership of Tulip's multi-cloud, multi-region SaaS infrastructure: design resilient cloud architecture, automate CI/CD and operations, define observability standards, manage databases and messaging, lead incident response, and mentor DevOps engineers while partnering with application teams. Participate in on-call rotation and drive operational improvements to eliminate toil and scale reliability globally.

Design, implement, test, and deploy full-stack features across a large cloud-native platform. Collaborate with product, design, and TechOps, produce documentation, propose improvements, and maintain high code quality and testing practices.

Responsible for managing and evolving cloud architecture, automating the software lifecycle, and ensuring system reliability for a rapidly growing customer base in Japan.
