Design, implement, test, and deploy full-stack features for a cloud-native SaaS platform focused on conversational AI. Integrate APIs and third-party components, troubleshoot and optimize code, collect user feedback, and produce technical documentation while collaborating with product and design teams.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will mentor teams on observability practices, architect systems for growth, automate developer tasks, and debug production issues.
