Defines technical standards, reviews internal and partner designs, supports wireless certifications, and resolves interoperability issues. Requires deep embedded C/C++ expertise, connected-device architecture experience, wireless certification knowledge, and a track record in consumer electronics, IoT, robotics, or related high-volume products.

Own the architecture, technical direction, quality, and long-term support of SharkNinja’s consumer mobile application. Build hands-on with React Native, Expo, and TypeScript; design connected-device experiences, pairing flows, protocols, and real-time synchronization; and support BLE and WiFi reliability. Establish reusable patterns, libraries, testing, and release practices, lead architectural research, mentor engineers, collaborate with global teams, and onboard new products to the app.

Develops mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for consumer products from concept through production. Lead mechanical design for next-generation haircare products across the full lifecycle. Define product architecture, design parts for multiple manufacturing processes, build and iterate prototypes, integrate electrical systems, run DOEs, teardown and debug appliances, and source/validate components with global vendors.
