Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, AWS, and Kubernetes. Own complex features from design through deployment, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. Participate in architecture and code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and process improvement. Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, marketing, analytics, and compliance teams, while mentoring developers and supporting modern cloud, AI-enabled, personalization, and platform modernization initiatives.

Develop and modernize Traditional Vantage policy administration systems supporting life, disability income, and annuity products. Build and integrate mainframe solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM; support cloud migration, DevOps, and CI/CD adoption. Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and production teams on product launches and platform optimization. Provide Tier 2/3 production support, participate in on-call rotations, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement stability improvements.
