Own architecture, reliability, SLOs/SLIs, fleet operations, monitoring, incident response, backups, failover, scaling, and roadmap execution. Hire and develop engineering leaders, drive cross-functional partnerships, improve launch quality and velocity, and ensure operational excellence for relational database workloads.

Lead hardware design and vendor projects, develop hardware automation and orchestration, troubleshoot and triage Tier 3 fleet hardware issues, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, improve firmware/configuration automation, mentor teammates, and support scaling of data center server platforms and components.

Lead and scale DigitalOcean's Storage Products engineering in India, owning strategy, architecture, reliability, and delivery across object, block, and file storage, backups and snapshots. Build and grow multiple teams, drive platform scalability, cost optimization, operational excellence, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver global storage services.

Lead design and future architecture of DigitalOcean data centers, owning MEP, cooling and power topologies (air to 800VDC liquid rack-scale), run PoCs, support site selection, mentor engineers, and translate AI/ML hardware roadmaps into scalable, deployable global standards.

Lead and validate large-scale data center deployments including rack builds, cabling validation, hardware and GPU rollouts, vendor coordination, troubleshooting across hardware, cabling, Linux, networking and optics, training site teams, maintaining runbooks and tooling, and supporting extended onsite domestic and international deployment schedules.

Build, deploy, host, and operate business applications and integrations on cloud and SaaS platforms. Develop containerized, IaC-driven deployments; implement monitoring, logging, and incident response; design API/webhook integrations and automation; maintain runbooks and coordinate vendor support.
