Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, develop end-to-end, integration, and performance tests, apply AI techniques for test generation and defect detection, troubleshoot system issues, mentor QA teams, and drive automation and quality engineering best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable C#/.NET Core applications and Blazor front ends. Implement Azure serverless solutions, data modeling with EF Core and SQL Server, AI-enabled workflows and LLM integrations, and automated testing with Playwright. Participate in Agile ceremonies, CI/CD, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Provide Tier 2 support and technical escalation for enterprise GFS applications: diagnose and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, lead incident bridges, monitor application health, support releases and changes, produce runbooks and documentation, partner with infrastructure and business stakeholders, and drive automation and reliability improvements.

Build and maintain end-to-end eRecording systems: .NET Core services, SQL Server data models, and Angular front-ends. Integrate AI/ML (document classification, OCR/IDP, LLMs), connect to county systems (REST/SOAP, XML), write tests, and collaborate in Agile teams.
