Design and analyze digital and analog memory circuits (arrays, control logic, datapaths, decoders) using simulation and layout tools. Optimize power, speed, die size, manufacturability, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve design flow while collaborating with cross-functional teams for validation and product readiness.

Perform defect analysis and yield improvement for wafer fabrication: troubleshoot process deviations, lead root-cause investigations, evaluate equipment/materials, recommend process changes, and integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

Support and optimize photo track semiconductor processes by establishing process conditions, setting equipment parameters, analyzing abnormalities, implementing improvements, and driving cost and capability upgrades to ensure efficient, safe production.
