Micron seeks a PHOTO TRACK Process Engineer to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and manage risks effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs through innovative solutions.
• Establish and modify process management projects to achieve ambitious goals.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment, ensuring efficient performance.
• Conduct abnormal analysis and implement improvements for a seamless production flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a major in Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office and other analytical and planning tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical and statistical skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of curiosity and determination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar engineering role.
• Proven ability to successfully implement process improvements.
• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and materials evaluation.
• Strong collaboration skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Dedication to ensuring safety and quality in all work processes.
