The Equipment & Process Engineering Manager oversees engineering operations, improves equipment performance, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and manages cost reduction efforts in the semiconductor industry.

Design and deliver analog/custom IC layouts for HBM (PWF reticles, TSV, mixed-signal blocks). Perform layout verification (DRC/LVS/antenna), manage multiple tape-outs, lead and mentor junior designers, collaborate globally, and ensure on-time, high-quality block and full-chip integration for advanced packaging.

The role involves developing and optimizing wafer edge trim and thinning processes, supporting process transfer to production, and conducting failure analyses.

Develop and validate DRAM product test programs and algorithms using Python/C on automated test equipment. Lead NPI, debug test issues, perform electrical validation, statistical analysis, yield verification, and drive test automation and cost-reduction initiatives across multi-site teams.

The Equipment Engineer will install, maintain, and improve debond equipment, manage process parameters, and evaluate new equipment in semiconductor production.

As a Senior Facility Water Treatment Engineer, you will ensure a continuous supply of high-quality water for semiconductor manufacturing, oversee design and construction of water systems, perform safety and quality checks, and collaborate on project management.

Perform data-driven yield analysis and root-cause debugging across frontend, backend, and test for DRAM products. Conduct electrical characterization and failure analysis to localize defects, collaborate with process, test, and quality teams to implement manufacturing fixes, and apply automation and AI-assisted tools to improve yield and engineering efficiency across NPI to high-volume production.

Plan and optimize semiconductor production equipment layouts using industrial engineering principles. Validate layouts onsite with Facilities and tool owners, maintain ramp-plan documentation, coordinate with Manufacturing and Engineering, and apply cleanroom design knowledge. Incorporate AI-assisted tools to improve planning and continuous improvement.

Define micro-architecture for digital subsystems, implement RTL designs in SystemVerilog, collaborate with DV teams, and support post-silicon validation.

The Engineer will develop and sustain RDA capabilities to improve equipment performance and process control in semiconductor manufacturing during NPI and ramp phases.
