Develop and maintain CAD tools, flows, and methodologies for DRAM/NAND/HBM designs. Integrate commercial EDA tools, perform netlisting and simulation, support STA/PrimeTime and parasitic extraction, evaluate tool offerings, provide training and documentation, and collaborate with design, layout, verification and process teams to improve productivity and reliability.

The Engineer for Product Development will evaluate new equipment, integrate AI tools for efficiency, and manage supplier engagement while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
