Lead electrical facility construction projects: develop specifications and BOD, review/approve designs and 3D models, manage contractors, ensure safety, quality, schedules, budgets, and system commissioning.

Assist engineers with fixtures, jigs, prototyping, data analysis, and structured problem-solving while following safe manufacturing practices.

Implement and maintain Fab10 EHS programs including audits, inspections, incident investigations, training, metrics reporting, and ISO/internal audit support. Recommend corrective actions, liaise on compliance, and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve EHS processes.

Develop and test firmware for SSD products, ensuring quality and performance. Communicate progress and develop team capabilities while enhancing personal skills.
