Oversees power distribution, substations, transformers, UPS, generators, tool power, lighting, grounding, commissioning, energization, safety, change management, and handover. Coordinates with multidisciplinary construction teams, reviews designs and technical submissions, resolves field issues, manages readiness milestones, approves turnover documentation, and supports facilities operations and continuous improvement.

Analyzes and resolves defects in advanced semiconductor manufacturing by characterizing defects, identifying root causes, optimizing wafer fabrication processes, evaluating equipment and materials, improving yield and process capability, and implementing corrective actions. The role collaborates across engineering and manufacturing teams, investigates process deviations, evaluates product performance, and applies AI-assisted tools to improve quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsible for administering and improving the Statistical Process Control program across process engineering, integration, RDA, and probe teams. Lead digital transformation initiatives, capacity simulations, workflow automation, and AI-agent development for planning, risk analysis, and tooling management.

Supports R&D equipment roadmap and strategy for advanced optical and high-speed electrical interfaces. Responsibilities include comparing equipment capabilities, defining specifications and test methodologies, conducting signal integrity characterization, validating and debugging test hardware, developing test plans, applying DOE and statistical analysis, and using AI to advance equipment and interconnect technology knowledge. Collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams and external suppliers.

Develop, debug, and maintain semiconductor memory product test programs from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing. Write C++ and Python test software, analyze device and test-flow data, optimize test coverage, yield, quality, and test time, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, yield, quality, systems, and equipment engineering teams. The role also contributes to design-for-test capabilities and AI-supported workflow automation.
