Lead cluster hardware and software development and release activities: define requirements, coordinate supplier and milestone deliveries, run DFMEA and DRBTR, validate ECUs and infotainment systems, manage ECRs/PRTS, support prototypes and production releases.

Procures and launches controls engineering programs; designs, evaluates, and debugs manufacturing control systems (PLCs, HMIs, vision, robotics); works with vendors and cross-functional teams; supports deployment, run-offs, preventative maintenance scheduling, and continuous improvement to improve quality, cost, responsiveness, and safety.
