Serve as the on-site product engineering liaison at manufacturing plants to resolve design/process issues, lead root-cause and warranty/scrap investigations, support new design launches and change management, participate in cross-functional reviews, and drive continuous quality improvement. Travel domestically up to 5%.

Design, build, and maintain customer-facing digital commerce services (checkout, billing, subscriptions, catalog, cart, orders). Use AI-assisted workflows for coding, testing, review, and documentation. Develop scalable, low-latency APIs and services, improve observability, automation, and engineering practices, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Lead and manage software test engineering for automotive operating systems and connectivity. Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance through test strategy, automation, observability, incident RCA, cross-functional collaboration, staffing, and process improvements to support multiple programs and deliver high-quality infotainment and telematics software.
