Support and modernize the OPTIMUS CI/CD platform for embedded software production by designing automation pipelines, enforcing repository and build standards, improving reliability and security across GitHub, Artifactory, and Azure, monitoring platform health, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting build/test/integration issues to improve developer productivity and software quality.

Develop, calibrate, and deploy multi-physics electrochemical, thermal, mechanical, and safety battery cell and pack models. Collaborate with test teams to build parameter databases, incorporate aging and variation into simulations, support vehicle co-simulation integration, and apply statistics and machine learning to analyze cell performance and improve modeling efficiency.

Create, maintain, and execute test plans and scripts for in-vehicle infotainment applications. Collaborate with product owners and developers, analyze defects, report test results, and improve test methodologies. Ensure schedules are met and maintain defect/status reporting during test cycles in an Agile environment.

Lead early-phase body-structure feasibility and packaging studies, evaluate design concepts and tradeoffs, coordinate cross-functional input (design, CAE, manufacturing), identify risks, recommend feasible structural strategies, and produce coarse-study criteria to mature concepts into program-ready recommendations.

Calibrate and integrate active chassis and brake control features (ABS, TCS, ESC, Trailer Sway) using vehicle testing and simulation (HiL/DiL). Lead calibration reviews, resolve field issues, develop standard work, collaborate with algorithm and performance teams, and support program milestones while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Designs, integrates, installs, and improves plant equipment and electrical control systems for high-quality part production. Implements new programs (SOR prep, forecasting, controls design), manages supplier deliveries and program milestones, provides technical direction, develops and tests process technology, and supports existing programs and sites. Troubleshoots PLC/HMI, motion control, and robotics systems and reports project status to senior management. Hybrid role requiring local office presence three days per week.

Provide third-level on-site automotive and Techline support to GM dealerships in assigned territory, diagnose and direct repairs, reduce repurchases and warranty expense, review and improve dealer comeback processes, deliver training, support wholesale escalation and provide field product reports.

Design, implement, test, and maintain embedded engine and transmission control software using C and Simulink. Collaborate with controls, systems, and validation teams, lead software quality and testing (unit, integration, BDD/TDD), author design documents, mentor engineers, and support Agile/SAFe delivery.
