Develop scalable, modular React frontend applications, build reusable UI components and responsive interfaces, integrate APIs, handle forms and validation, optimize performance, ensure code quality, and apply SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns for enterprise-grade frontends.

Design, implement, and maintain regression and smoke test automation for card and banking platforms. Build scalable MVP regression packs, run automation suites, analyze results, report outcomes, and collaborate with manual testers, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize automation across integrations and environments.

Execute manual functional and end-to-end testing of card lifecycle processes (issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement). Validate business processes (fees, interest, installments), document evidence, log and retest defects, and support SIT, UAT, regression and programme delivery in banking/payments environments. Fluent Polish required.

Lead end-to-end testing for a banking capital markets program: define test strategy and plans, design and execute SIT/UAT/regression/performance tests, manage defects, ensure production readiness, provide governance and reporting, and improve testing frameworks and processes.

Create and manage test automation frameworks, direct automation team efforts, improve testing processes, and collaborate across functional teams.

The Database Administrator will design and implement data architecture, manage databases, support data warehousing, and collaborate with IT teams on data integration.
