Develop and execute test plans, perform component- and vehicle-level tests (vibration, shock, thermal, hydraulic, electrical), set up instrumentation and data acquisition, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and generate test reports. Travel 10-25% to support field tests.

Lead design and development of RF algorithms (e.g., RADAR, IFF), perform systems engineering and V&V, decompose RF payload requirements, produce ICDs, mentor junior engineers, support reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR), and integrate algorithms into complex systems.

Lead and support spacecraft electrical power subsystem development across program phases. Serve as Responsible Engineer for batteries and solar arrays, perform power sizing and analysis, develop payload interfaces, oversee procurements, advance power architectures, manage IR&D, represent power team to programs, and support proposals and testing to ensure mission requirements are met.

Support development and execution of Strategic Weapon System level test procedures: verify/validate requirements, maintain test documentation, collect/analyze on-site test data, track/resolve anomalies, and produce technical reports while developing subsystem knowledge and technical specialization.

Design, integrate, test, and support electronic warfare systems as part of cross-functional teams. Perform requirements development, system modeling and simulation, architecture and design analysis, integration & test, debugging, fielding, and sustainment across the product lifecycle.

Lead a cross-functional team in the design, integration, testing, and delivery of advanced Electronic Warfare systems, overseeing technical and managerial aspects.
