Lead facilities engineering to modernize and sustain energetic chemical production at Holston Army Ammunition Plant. Manage full project lifecycle, perform technical design and analysis for thermal, pumping, HVAC, piping, and pressure systems, lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement and construction, execute commissioning, integrate safety and regulatory compliance, and provide technical recommendations and cost estimates for DoD-funded projects.

Provide weekend support for RF/digital test cells in the F-35 microwave factory: debug test failures, generate rework in MES, maintain and validate test equipment (bench, automated, ESS), create and improve test procedures, drive defect resolution with engineering, and train/assist manufacturing operators.

Lead hands-on design, simulation, testing, and documentation of RF passive and active circuits (VHF–20 GHz) for phased arrays and RF subsystems. Mentor junior staff, coordinate measurements and testing, use AWR/ADS/SystemVue/MATLAB, and guide designs toward producibility and production readiness while interfacing with customers and teams.

Evaluate and select electrical and mechanical piece parts for defense and space products. Analyze engineering and program requirements, ensure parts meet specs, prepare procurement specifications, support supplier management and material procurement, and assist part selection during design and development.

Design and develop real-time mission data processing algorithms (image/track processing, detection, estimation, IOD/OD) for embedded and high-performance systems. Perform system engineering, modeling/simulation, technical leadership of junior engineers, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver mission-focused solutions for remote sensing and space situational awareness.

Lead and mentor an RF test engineering team to plan, execute, and report RF testing across the product lifecycle. Direct use of RF stimulators and modeling/simulation tools, define test strategy and left-shift testing, assess product performance and safety, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve test processes and requirements compliance.
