Develop and maintain backend services in Go, design stable API contracts (REST/gRPC/OpenAPI), build deployment and configuration workflows, manage Docker containerized applications in Linux environments, improve system reliability and scalability, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and collaborate on code reviews.

Lead development of integrations between a VLM-as-a-service platform and Milestone XProtect and other VMSs. Build Smart Client features, backend Python APIs, and .NET components. Own end-to-end delivery, testing, deployment, monitoring, and L2 support. Design modular integration layers, automation, and documentation to improve operator workflows and production reliability.

Maintain, modernize and evolve core XProtect platform components. Design and develop C#/.NET software, troubleshoot complex distributed and Windows systems, build automation and tooling, collaborate across product, QA and support, reduce technical debt, and support releases and customer-facing engineering.
