Lead development, validation, and deployment of production test systems for PCBA, subassemblies, and system-level aerospace electronics. Develop test strategies, scripts, fixtures, and test racks; validate repeatability and reliability; support contract manufacturers, troubleshoot yield issues, drive root cause analysis, and maintain compliance, documentation, and production readiness.

The Principal Mechanical Engineer will lead a team in conducting structural and vibration analysis, CFD modeling, and collaborate across engineering disciplines for aerospace hardware design and testing.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary systems integration and test team. Own test strategy and execution across board, subsystem, and system levels for hardware, optics, embedded software, and integrated ATARS capabilities. Develop test plans, environments, automation, and verification artifacts; drive anomaly resolution, root-cause analysis, metrics, and readiness reporting. Partner cross-functionally and support field, manufacturing, and supplier test activities (up to 10% travel).

Lead and scale the electrical engineering team to deliver ruggedized aerospace AR hardware. Drive electrical architecture, PCB design, power systems, mixed-signal and high-speed digital development, validation and environmental qualification (EMI/EMC, DO-160), supplier transition to production, and cross-functional integration with systems, mechanical, software, and manufacturing.
