Conduct regulatory research and analysis across electrical safety, EMC, energy efficiency and fire safety standards. Provide compliance guidance, monitor trends, maintain regulatory databases, prepare executive summaries, support internal teams and stakeholders, and help identify business opportunities through tailored regulatory insights.

Perform safety evaluation, technical review, and testing of electrical/power products per UL/IEC/IEEE standards. Manage certification projects, coordinate lab technicians, prepare reports and certification documents, provide client technical support, and collaborate with domestic and international labs and engineers. Specialize in either Switching Devices (e.g., SSR, contactors, sensors) or Electrical Distribution (e.g., switchgear, transformers, busway).

Perform large-scale prototype, thermal, structural and wind-tunnel testing of building envelope materials and systems to standards (ASTM, AAMA, CSA, CAN/ULC); design and build test assemblies; draft test protocols and reports; coordinate with clients and project teams; identify process and equipment improvements.

Manage and execute certification projects for low-voltage electrical distribution equipment. Define scope, develop test programs, coordinate lab and field testing, communicate with clients, resolve non-compliance, prepare reports, and support standards and continuous improvement activities.

Manage test and certification projects: define scope, plan investigations, set specifications, coordinate lab activities and technicians, communicate with clients, prepare reports, develop test methods/equipment, resolve engineering issues, propose requirements, train and supervise staff, and travel frequently to client sites for testing.

Manage engineering test projects for PCB signal/PCIe products: define scope, establish test programs, coordinate lab technicians, travel to client sites, communicate technical requirements and results, develop test methods and equipment, resolve compliance issues, and support business development with clients.

Perform RF/EMC testing and certification for commercial and industrial products, execute test plans, evaluate and report results, support customers, maintain lab equipment, improve test procedures, and participate in test automation and continuous improvement.

Lead and execute EMC certification projects, interface with clients, establish test programs per international standards, identify non-compliance and recommend fixes, develop special test methods, support lab calibration, provide technical guidance and training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Develop and run CFD simulations for refrigerant leaks, gas dispersion, ventilation, and fire/combustion scenarios (transient and steady). Model multiphase flows, species transport, ignition and flame propagation, analyze hazard scenarios, apply boundary conditions, support V&V against test data, produce technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety, compliance, and product design.

Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma to define, optimize, and standardize processes. Develop metrics, perform statistical and capability analyses, drive root-cause problem solving, train teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to sustain operational excellence and efficiency.
