Manage wind turbine load projects: coordinate with customers and global teams, review technical documentation, evaluate and verify turbine load assumptions per IEC standards, run numerical simulations (Flex5/Bladed/Samcef), improve processes (Lean Six Sigma), and support certification activities while handling project management and stakeholder communication.

Define project scope, develop investigation and test plans, establish UL-compliant test programs, examine samples, resolve engineering issues, coordinate laboratory testing and technicians, manage project milestones, liaise with clients, prepare reports, and support certification, follow-up services, and continuous improvement. May travel to witness testing and represent UL at events.

Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians to run an EMC testing laboratory, drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement, oversee test programs and technical decisions, act as customer escalation and commercial partner, and own financial performance for the lab.
