Owns the architecture, design, development, integrations, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. Configures platform components, establishes development standards, resolves complex issues, maintains Service Portal pages, and partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable, upgrade-safe solutions. Requires advanced JavaScript, ServiceNow administration and development expertise, API integration experience, and knowledge of ITIL and Customer Service Management processes.

The Transformer Field Assembly Technician will assemble, install, inspect, and maintain medium and high voltage power transformers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while interfacing with clients and other contractors.

The Senior Field Technician provides technical support, performs on-site service, conducts testing and troubleshooting of equipment, and ensures compliance with safety standards while traveling frequently.

The Substation Relay Technician installs, maintains, and tests protective relaying equipment in substations, supporting project management and ensuring operational reliability.

Lead electrical design and coordination for industrial power projects (LV/MV/HV up to 500kV). Develop scopes, budgets, one-line diagrams, protection/PLC cabinets, grounding, MCCs, cable schedules, and network architectures. Perform load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies using SKM or ETAP. Mentor junior staff, support commissioning/troubleshooting, prepare specifications, and ensure code compliance.

Lead Riot's multi-discipline data center engineering organization (mechanical, electrical, controls), set technical standards and QA/QC, approve designs at key milestones, oversee consultants and vendors, develop engineering talent, and represent engineering in cross-functional and executive decision-making.
