Leads a global Kubernetes platform engineering team, setting the platform roadmap and overseeing enterprise-scale infrastructure health, security, compliance, automation, observability, and scalability. Partners with FinOps, Finance, DevOps, and product leaders to manage budgets, forecast growth, optimize cloud resources, reduce operational toil, and align platform performance with business value. Develops engineering talent and drives organizational adoption of Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD practices.

Lead Salesforce strategy and architecture for lead-to-cash and service-to-retention workflows. Design scalable end-to-end solutions, enforce governance and DevOps, build AI-ready data architectures (Agentforce/Einstein), optimize performance, manage integrations and data migrations, and document designs while advising stakeholders and minimizing custom code.

Lead and architect enterprise Kubernetes platforms (EKS/GKE), automate resource management and scaling (Karpenter, ScaleOps), implement IaC and CI/CD, apply FinOps to optimize cost, improve observability, mentor engineers, and drive platform resilience and operational excellence.

Lead design, automation, and maintenance of cloud-based database infrastructure (primarily SQL Server and MySQL). Improve reliability with monitoring, HA/DR, automation, troubleshooting, on-call support, and mentoring of junior engineers while collaborating across teams.

The Sr. Site Reliability Engineer will manage Linux systems, provide application support, enhance system reliability, and collaborate on new product releases.

Lead and grow an 8-12 person Cloud Platform Engineering team to deliver scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and automation tooling, developer productivity platforms, monitoring and incident processes, and quality-embedded pipelines. Drive multi-team platform initiatives, technical architecture, operational reliability, and continuous improvement to support large-scale customer transactions and engineering velocity.
