Lead and grow multidisciplinary software, firmware, and hardware engineering teams for government-focused SDR products. Set engineering strategy, operating principles, and standards; align engineering with product and cross-functional stakeholders; drive hiring, talent development, and performance management; manage budgets, resource planning, and delivery of complex projects; engage customers and support business growth; and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Lead Mile 2's technical vision and engineering execution as CTO: set architecture and roadmap, drive AI/ML and human-machine teaming integration, standardize DevSecOps and cloud-native practices, oversee hardware/software integration and edge deployments, support proposals and customer engagements, scale engineering teams, and transition prototypes into production for DoW customers.

Supervise and lead an applications development team through analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support. Establish development, change, release, and project management standards; allocate resources, mentor staff, manage personnel actions, oversee vendor/contracts, monitor budgets, and sponsor process improvement initiatives.

The Full Stack Developer will work on critical government projects using AWS, focusing on development, automation, and security. Requires extensive experience in various technologies and a strong understanding of software best practices.

Provide SharePoint development and administration for Fort Johnson NEC: design pages, build/customize web parts and workflows, configure SharePoint services, develop templates, enable web services, and manage document lifecycle in coordination with COR and Government Knowledge Manager. Support government-specific systems (GFEBS, CHESS) and enhance site look and functionality.
