The Director of Client Success will lead the Client Success team, focusing on partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion while integrating AI-driven strategies for efficiency and value realization from the platform.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production LLM-based solutions and agent workflows. Own reference architecture, integrations, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and PHI-safe patterns. Lead multi-year staffing strategy and workforce management for Member Care, oversee vendor/BPO relationships, and drive AI-enabled automation and tooling. Own staffing models, forecasting, scheduling, performance metrics, and cross-functional execution while building a high-performing team and scaling productivity, vendor performance, and cost efficiencies.

Serve as a technical advisor for pre-sales and deployment engagements, guiding discovery, POVs, pilots, demos, and adoption workshops. Map customer AI/data architectures, articulate integration points with cloud and data platforms, translate governance and technical concepts into business value, and help drive evaluations to closed deals and expansion.

Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within an enterprise territory by leading complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles. Advise executives on data, governance, analytics, and AI strategy; build strategic account plans; manage pipeline and forecasting; collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners; and leverage AI tools to improve selling effectiveness.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on IAM technologies and services; advise clients on selection, deployment, operations, and governance across corporate and cloud environments; write and present advisory research; predict market trends; collaborate with global analyst teams and stakeholders; respond to client inquiries and media.
