Art Director supporting Snap’s SPECS Marketing team, developing visual concepts, campaign platforms, design systems, and production-ready assets. The role spans brand, product, digital, social, web, and experiential work, including directing photography and film productions. Responsibilities include building decks and treatments, presenting concepts, collaborating with creative partners, managing production workflows, and maintaining high creative standards across multiple projects. Hands-on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Design and deliver end-to-end monetization product experiences for advertisers, creators, and Snapchatters. Generate concepts, create visual and interaction designs, prototype mobile experiences, define roadmaps, iterate with cross-functional teams, evolve the enterprise design system, and communicate design strategy to leadership and engineering.

Lead and grow a design team that defines the ad and monetization product experience for Snapchat. Set product design direction, collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers and data scientists, improve enterprise design systems, represent design to leadership, and use research to inform advertiser, creator, and agency experiences.
