Lead the evolution of Datadog's visual identity by creating bold concepts and building a scalable Figma-native brand system. Design templates, component libraries, documentation, and governance; partner with cross-functional teams; mentor designers; present concepts to stakeholders; and embed AI-assisted workflows to scale brand production and consistency across touchpoints.

Lead end-to-end product design for APM and observability workflows: partner with PMs and engineers, prototype and validate solutions (including AI-assisted and code-aware tooling), conduct research, mentor designers, and influence cross-functional product strategy to improve debugging, instrumentation, and performance investigation for complex distributed systems.

Lead end-to-end product design for Modern Compute (initial focus: Autoscaling). Define product direction, simplify dense technical concepts for expert users, produce high-fidelity interaction and visual designs, create reusable patterns, prototype in code with AI/coding agents, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor other designers to raise design quality across teams.

The role involves defining and evolving Datadog's visual language, leading design initiatives, and influencing stakeholders to enhance product aesthetics and functionality across platforms.

Lead design of platform-scale admin features (governance, access, identity) by partnering with PMs and engineers. Prototype, iterate, and ship data-rich UIs, raise design system quality, present to stakeholders, and ensure coherent cross-team experiences while handling multiple projects.
