Hand-paint and personalize physical memorial stones using acrylic and oil paint pens. Execute clean, legible lettering and small icons (paw prints, hearts, halos). Maintain queue SLAs, ensure tasteful designs reflecting intended sentiment, and manage time and organization during shifts.

Lead creation of original hardgoods product concepts, collections, and assortments for Private Brands. Translate customer insights, trends, and business priorities into differentiated, manufacturable designs. Collaborate with Technical Design, Brand Strategy, Sourcing, Marketing, and vendors to execute products, influence stakeholders, mentor designers, and uphold design standards that drive category growth and brand equity.

Lead and scale multidisciplinary Product Design, Technical Design, and Trend Design teams for Private Brands hard goods. Define product vision, drive end-to-end development from concept to commercialization, align cross-functional partners, and develop talent while ensuring design excellence, manufacturability, quality, and customer-centered innovation.

Lead and execute qualitative and mixed-methods UX research for Chewy Vet Care and omnichannel pet parent journeys. Define strategic research roadmaps, surface customer and clinic-team insights, influence product and service strategy, and enable cross-functional decision-making. Advocate inclusive, ethical research practices, scale repeatable research processes, and partner across digital and in-clinic experiences to improve pet health outcomes.
